Good value, small hiccup

We booked a Lodge Room through their early bird offer, which was a nice saving. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the walking trails and the falconry experience was a highlight, very unique. The only minor issue was a slight delay at check-in, maybe 15 minutes, as they seemed a bit understaffed at that moment. Customer service otherwise was polite and helpful when I inquired about spa treatments. Good value for what we paid.

Lovely stay, smooth booking

I booked a Heritage Room for a weekend getaway on their website. The booking process was straightforward, and I received instant confirmation. Checking in was easy, and the room was exactly as pictured, very charming. We had dinner at Snaffles Restaurant which was excellent, great food and service. The grounds are beautiful for walking. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I will definitely consider returning for another stay.

Worth the splurge

I booked the Midweek Break offer, which included dinner and breakfast. It felt like a solid deal for a luxury stay. The Castle Room was beautiful. Enjoyed the Estate Tour too. It was definitely worth the price for the experience.

Amazing equestrian holiday!

What an incredible Horse Riding Holiday package! I booked it for a week, and everything was perfectly organized. The stables were top-notch, and the instructors were fantastic, really patient and knowledgeable. I rode different horses each day and explored so much of the estate. The Castle Room I stayed in was so elegant, felt like stepping back in time. Dining at Snaffles was a treat every evening. I loved every minute and can't wait to book again! Highly recommend this for any horse lover!
